What are some really good all-natural hair products for African Americans?

I’ve been reading on hair and I found out that there’s a lot of ingredients in shampoos and conditioners that strip our hair dry instead of moisturizing it. So I’m switching to all natural, I heard that beauty 4 ashes has some really good products for ethnic hair. And a lot of greases have mineral oil and petrolatum in it which does nothing but clog the hair. Does anybody use any good ones, and how does it make your hair feel? Thanks!
