Do you know any organic ways to help heal acne?

I have a not that bad a case of acne but I’m wondering if there’s any organic way to help the healing process. I have a bar of soap from the dead sea call mud soap plus another bar from the dead sea called mineral soap. Anything else that could help me?

If you put your face over a bowl of steaming water, it really helps to clear all the oil and dirt out of your skin. When you do it, put a towel over your face, so that none of the oil can escape.
