Girls- help me with my new cosmetics line?

girls! I need your help!!
okay so Im in the process of making my own cosmetics line. The whole purpose of my line is gonna be makeup thats actually helps the skin as opposed to just sitting on the skin.
Unofortunately, the private label I am working with is not certified to make organic products. So because of this, my makeup wont be 100 percent organic. But the bottom line is- does anyone know what ingredients I can put in my makeup that are actually gonna do something for the skin? Something more than vitamins, and antioxidants. Something thats gonna stand out to people and actually help the skin.
